The final figure depends on the size of the office, floor and elevator access at both buildings, and whether you need packing, cubicle disassembly or IT disconnection and reconnection. We give a firm quote after a walkthrough of your space, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Yes. Most of our commercial jobs run on a Friday evening, a Saturday or overnight, so your business does not lose a working day. We reserve the freight elevator and the loading dock for the after-hours window with building management, and desks, cubicles and IT equipment are back in place before your team arrives on Monday.
Yes. We are licensed and insured under USDOT 3398018 and issue a certificate of insurance written to the requirements your building sets, with the additional insured wording and coverage limits the property manager asks for, before move day. Send us the COI request as soon as you have a date and we will handle it with building management.
We’ll provide you with a complete list of prohibited items we don’t move, such as toxic substances, fire extinguishers, explosives, etc. You’ll also get a consultation on why movers don’t pack those items and get recommendations on how to transport them.
